London House Stores, Aberporth, was taken over in 2010 by Lisa & Mike Allen and since then has expanded its range of goods and products to now stock most things you could want or need from a local convenience store.

We stock the usual newspapers, magazines, soft and alcoholic drinks, sweets, chocolate & snacks, groceries, pet foods and many other things as well.

We have daily deliveries of freshly baked goods from the local bakery (Betws Bread), pre-packed bread, milk, meat from a local butcher (Dewi James).

Fruit & veg with seasonal goods as and when supplies allow including Pembrokeshire new potatoes.

During the summer months, we sell beach goods, balls, windbreaks, buckets and spades, inflatables, etc.

We also stock a variety of over the counter medicines, such as paracetamol, asprin, cough mixtures, Calpol, allergy tablets and sun cream.

For other items which we do not stock, within a very short walk, there are the following:-

Chemist (Dispensing Pharmacy)

Post Office

Hardware Store

Gift Shop

Hair Dresser

Laundrette

Also within walking distance there are several pubs (Morlan & Ship), Take-Away food (Golden Dragon Chinese, Maharini Indian, Beach Cafe Fish & Chips)

As Aberporth is a Beach community, it is important to stay safe with the sea, so to make sure you are aware of what the weather and the sea is planning to do for the day:-

In order for you to get the most from your visit to Aberporth, I have included a few useful websites to give you a little insight into the area.

At this time, I will  point out that all links on this page are from external sources and as such, I have no control over them.

In no particular order:-

Obviously for a seaside town, there are many hotels, B&Bs, pre-bookable holiday lets, caravan parks and general places to stay, far too many for me to put on here and as I do not wish to offend anyone by omitting them from the list, I shall just advise you to Google or Booking.com for somewhere to stay, although I would  recommend you look at the following:-

Neuadd Wen (B&B)

Old Post Office (Holiday Appartments)

Hope to see you soon.
